When Niclas Almgren founded Fusion in 2019, it was the next natural step in a journey that began back in 2013 with Vision Zero. Even then, we challenged a tired service desk industry with a clear message: Through innovation, technology and a strong customer focus, solutions were created that made a real difference. IT should create value, not administration.

Vision Zero grew rapidly and was acquired in 2015 by Xllnc Nordic (now Foxway). Under the name Xllnc Advice, we continued to drive change from within – scaling the business, modernising IT services and delivering advice that truly made a difference. It was also during this period that the business was named Sweden's best Service Desk – a testament to quality, culture and customer focus. Niclas Almgren was involved in building, leading and developing the business until 2019.

When the Xllnc group was acquired in 2019, it was time to do it again – the starting shot for the next chapter. With over a decade of experience, proven ideas and a continued ambition to drive change, Fusion was founded – a company built on innovation, experience and a strong desire to create the IT solutions of the future, but on our own terms. Fusion was born to go further, think bigger and deliver faster. Successes continued here as well, and Fusion Support was named Sweden's best Service Desk, which cemented our position as a leading player in digital support.

Today we take the next step in development by building a new AI platform for Digital Support – an initiative that will change how organisations work with service, automation and user experience. We combine over a decade of proven experience with an uncompromising focus on the future.
